Solving the Unsolvable

I always tell my clients to separate a house’s “problems” into two categories: Solvable and Unsolvable. If you are in love with vintage architectural details such as the distinctive tile found in the bathrooms of grand old homes from the 1920’s, you must buy a home with the original tile intact — it cannot be re-created.  It was very exciting to help my clients buy this gracious home on Belgrave Place in Lower Rockridge. Not only did it have the exquisite details my clients had been dreaming of, but it is located in a prime neighborhood community where children (and parents) forge lifelong friendships.
