“It’s surprising how complex these types of transactions can be. There is a design and marketing element, a project management element, legal contractual components, and a very important negotiation element. In my experience, most agents fail or are marginal on one or more of these fronts…what is amazing about Holly, is she excels at all of them.”

My General Philosophy
I believe all things are possible.
My general philosophy is that I am here as a resource for you, as the informed and experienced instrument through which you complete your purchase or sale. I am here to listen to you, to understand what you need, and to apply my own considerable expertise, energy and enthusiasm to making that happen.
I’m a straight shooter and I tell the truth.
I don’t expect you to know what to do; that’s my job. I educate you and present your options for every step of the process, but I don’t hesitate to voice my opinion of the best course of action. That’s what I’m paid for, and that’s why I have such a good track record.
I also think it’s important in real estate – as in all things – to keep a sense of humor, and not take ourselves too seriously.
My Strengths
My clients repeatedly express their appreciation of my communication skills. These include listening to you, returning you calls, answering your questions honestly, concisely and clearly, articulating your concerns to other parties, negotiating on your behalf, presenting your property in descriptive, engaging language, and maintaining a professional, approachable, pleasant demeanor which encourages the open exchange of ideas and issues.
Due to much personal experience with home construction and remodeling, I am very comfortable with, and informed about, the structural elements of our old houses. I have a garage full of tools and a head full of knowledge about how houses are put together and how they can fall apart. It is likely that my first or second visit to the home you wish to buy or sell will find me with my gloves, pick, and flashlight, crawling around the foundation. One potential client was so pleased when I located an elusive plumbing leak under his duplex that he hired me on the spot.
I am a very strong, skilled negotiator. My sister and brother both became attorneys, and while I prefer real estate, I share my siblings’ drive to defend and advocate for you (my clients), protect your interests, resolve conflict, offer solutions, and advance your cause through assertive negotiation as well as through careful contract execution.
I know how to prepare and present your home in the best possible light. In fact, I previously teamed up with a local contractor to start the first, full-service market preparation and staging company. I have an eye for color, design, landscaping, and of course staging. I take my own photographs, design my own brochures, and generally tailor my marketing strategy to suit the personality of your home.
My greatest strength, as simple as it may sound, is basic customer service. I return your calls. I do what I say I will do. I take a stand. I work hard. And in the end, what I want most is for you to be happy.
I Expect You To:
- Tell me what you want and need.
- Be straightforward and honest with me.
- Tell me about your ideas, fears, or limitations.
- Keep an open mind and positive attitude about our ability to succeed.
- Ask me any question, even if you think it’s stupid, and even if you asked it yesterday.
You Can Expect Me To:
- Tell the truth.
- Listen to you.
- Return your calls.
- Make time for you.
- Answer your questions.
- Consider your needs and desires.
- Clarify your options and suggest a course of action.
- Make things happen – in a cheerful, enthusiastic manner.
