Before we met Holly, our North Berkeley property was on the market for over six months, with its price reduced twice. We finally realized that agent had been lying since the beginning. She had deliberately overestimated the value of our home in order to get the listing.

It goes almost without saying that from the time of the offer to the closing of the escrow, everything was perfect. But what I want to emphasize is Holly’s genuine talent for explaining to her client at every stage how everything works. This created in our case a relationship of full confidence. Holly Rose is an exceptional, and exceptionally smart agent. Whoever chooses to become her client will be safe.
Holly is an agent one can entirely trust, because she is immensely knowledgeable about every aspect of a real estate transaction. I can’t imagine a more helpful agent, even for matters that other agents would not consider their business: Holly found us a very nice furnished house we rented for our last four months in the U.S., and by the end, when it became impossible for me to find time for some last tasks, Holly simply took care of everything.
