New 5-star review: “she took the high road”

It was really a pleasure working with Holly and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

We very much appreciated the professionalism she displayed at every touch point.  Even when things went bump a little here and there (as is the nature I think of any real estate transaction), she always took the high road and navigated the ship with a steady hand.

It surprising how complex these types of transactions can be. There is a design and marketing element, a project management element, legal contractual components, and a very important negotiation element.  In my experience most agents fail or are marginal on one or more of these fronts…what is amazing about Holly, is she excels at all of them.

This was a material transaction for us and we didn’t have a lot of time to deal with managing the the entire process, so to mitigate our risk and time requirement we interviewed half a dozen different agents before we chose Holly…we thought she would be good, but we were wrong, she was exceptional 🙂
