Old is New Again

My clients were tired of the same old, same old.  They loved Albany for the small-town feel and the excellent public schools, but they were not so crazy about the small, 1920s vintage homes. We were able to find the perfect fit — a lovely Craftsman style home near Solano Avenue, that had been expanded and rebuilt from top to bottom. The high quality materials, attention to detail, and intelligent design meant that my clients did not have to settle for the poor standards of construction and strange floor plans so often seen in new homes.
